Regarding the return policy, we cannot accept a return request if the dress issues are caused by the customer, such as providing the wrong size or selecting the wrong color. However, if you receive a defective dress or the wrong size/color, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Returned items must be complete, unused, unwashed, and with the original tags and packaging. Once we have checked the item, we will either refund your money or send you a new dress.
